Your trust matters at The Dojo. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We run grandmastermceaddy.com and the free 7-Day Angelic Martial System challenge on behalf of Anointing Hands / The Dojo. We never sell your personal information.
1. Overview
This Policy applies to information collected through grandmastermceaddy.com, our quiz, challenge signup, donation checkout via Stripe, and emails. When you continue to our learning community at community.anointinghands.online, that platform’s own privacy policy also applies.
2. Information We Collect
Contact information you provide
Name and email address when you join the 7-Day Challenge, take the martial path quiz, or contact us. We use tags like “challenge” and “dojo” internally to organize your journey.
Quiz responses
Answers you share to help personalize your path. Responses are stored as part of your contact journey and help us suggest relevant teachings, not as medical or psychological evaluation.
Donation information via Stripe
If you choose to support The Dojo, Stripe processes the payment. We receive confirmation, amount, email, and last-4 of card from Stripe, but we do not store your full card number, CVC, or bank login on our servers. Stripe may collect device and fraud-prevention data subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy.
Technical and usage data
IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referral, and approximate location derived from IP, collected automatically via standard logs and basic analytics to improve performance and security.
3. How We Use Information
- Deliver the 7-Day Challenge and direct you to the course community at community.anointinghands.online.
- Send challenge lessons, Dojo wisdom, community invitations, and updates about optional offerings from Anointing Hands. You consented to this by signing up.
- Process and acknowledge donations, send receipts, and provide donor support. Recurring donations are managed through Stripe.
- Personalize your experience, for example using quiz responses to suggest a suitable starting path.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, analyze traffic, and improve the Site.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Email Communications
You will receive emails related to the challenge after signup. We also occasionally share weekly Dojo wisdom and invitations to deeper training. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, you may still receive non-marketing messages such as donation receipts or administrative notices. Reply to any Dojo email if you need help unsubscribing.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as described below:
- Stripe — to process donations securely, prevent fraud, and issue receipts.
- Course community platform — community.anointinghands.online to grant access to challenge materials and track lesson progress. That platform stores your email and learning activity under its own terms.
- Service providers — email delivery, hosting, analytics, and Buildy platform infrastructure that helps us operate the Site. They are bound by confidentiality and may only use data to perform services for us.
- Legal compliance — if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of The Dojo community.
6. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies for site function and donation checkout, and basic analytics cookies to understand which pages help seekers most. Stripe may set cookies for fraud prevention during donation. You can control cookies in your browser settings — blocking some cookies may affect checkout.
We do not currently use advertising pixels that track you across other sites. If we add them in the future, we will update this section and provide a way to opt out where required.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using Stripe’s certified payment infrastructure, encryption in transit, and access controls within Buildy/anointinghands systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password for any community login and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any email.
- Request access to or deletion of your contact record by emailing us via the homepage contact area or replying to a Dojo email. Please put “Privacy Request” in the subject.
- Manage monthly donations by using the “manage subscription” link in your Stripe receipt or contacting us to cancel.
We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We retain donation records as required for legal and accounting purposes.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site and challenge are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. The 7-Day Challenge involves physical movement and is presented as a family-friendly educational experience, but anyone under 16 should participate only with guardian supervision and consent. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. International Visitors
Our systems are operated in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your data will be processed in the U.S. where data protection laws may differ from your country. By using the Site, you consent to that transfer.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site links to Stripe and to our course community at community.anointinghands.online, as well as occasional external resources about martial arts philosophy. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. We encourage you to review them before providing personal data there.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or the challenge offering. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice by email or on the Site.
