2. About the 7-Day Challenge

The free 7-Day Challenge is an introductory educational experience sharing principles from the Angelic Martial System, including gentle movement, breathwork, focus, and philosophy gathered over 65 years of practice. Participation is voluntary and free. Completing the challenge signup redirects you to our learning community at community.anointinghands.online to access materials.

We do not guarantee any particular health, fitness, or martial arts outcome. Your progress depends on your own consistency, effort, and personal circumstances.

3. The Angelic Martial System Content

All videos, writings, images, audio, logos, design elements, the name “Angelic Martial System,” and the name and likeness of Grandmaster MC EADDY are owned by Anointing Hands / The Dojo or used with permission. Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, republish, record, scrape, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or challenge materials without written permission.

We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical recommendations. Breathing exercises and gentle movement should be practiced at your own pace, in a safe space, and adapted to your ability.

6. Account & Course Community

After signing up, you are redirected to our course community hosted at community.anointinghands.online. That platform is operated by a third-party service provider. Your use of that platform is also governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for availability, performance, or content on that external platform, though we select it to deliver the best experience.

7. Email & Communications

When you provide your name and email to join the challenge, you consent to receive challenge-related emails, wisdom from the Dojo, updates about community offerings, and occasional announcements about optional programs. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Transactional emails related to donations may still be sent when required.

8. User Conduct

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with, or disrupt the Site.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that is harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
• Impersonate Grandmaster MC EADDY, Anointing Hands, or other members of the community.

The Site and challenge are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anointing Hands, The Dojo, Grandmaster MC EADDY, and our officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, the challenge, or donations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you donated in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you did not donate.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anointing Hands / The Dojo and Grandmaster MC EADDY from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or community referral at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to our community. You may stop using the Site at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Anointing Hands operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
